New York Nails

I've had acrylic nails done here several times over the past year. About 5 new sets. I was happy with them until the last 2 sets, the one before last weeks set she cut 1 finger badly, last weeks set she cut 8 of my cuticles, 1 was so bad it bleed for an hour. Also got riped off, a person before me got acrylics & pedicure & eyebrow waxing and gt charged $75, I got only new nails and was charged $60, I didn't get a design which I normally do and got charged the same. They have lost a loyal customer, I used to recommend this place to people. Does anyone kniw a good place for nails?!?

It’s my first time here but I heard good things from colleagues so I decided to check them out and they did not disappoint.The woman that helped me was very lively and energetic—she made sure that everything was good with my nails. No chips or bumps on the nail bed.The guy that did my toes was fantastic as well. I had a semi-ingrown nail (TMI sorry) and he took his time to just remove it (I did not ask him to, he just did it).The set up is small and home-y. I will be back for sure!

This was by far the best acrylic set I've ever had. Professional and friendly service. Price was reasonable. The owner did my set and she was great. It was obvious she has years of experience. Can't wait to go back!

My whole family goes here . The family that own the salon are very professional at there jobs . My sons play sports and are always wearing cleats or skates and I work heavy construction and spend a lot of time in work boots . We would have cracked and sore feet not cut our nails properly and have problems them . Once we started going to the salon we no longer have those problems. My wife and daughter go and have great success with their nails too and find the products and services they use later a long time and the salon warranties there products and services.

Love this place. They do excellent service. Beautiful designs.

My nails are not straight at all and they left cuts on all of my fingers and charges me 60 for it and I just noticed the day after when I went to wash my hands with soap and they stung. Would not recommend. Really want a refund frim them. And i want to get my nails fixed but not by them

Worst experience ever, lady there is so loud. She’s not even aware how to treat there clients. I got my nails done on 27th and after 3 days this was the result. I request them to correct it but the lady said we charge you extra. In 3 days which is nothing I’m started experiencing cracks in my nails. Moreover there is no display of which nail colour you want. They only have 10-20 nail paints you have to choose from them. I thought to visit them because I’m living near by and I saw there rating as 4.1 which is totally misleading. Please be aware, instead try HiHa nails or Aloha they are much much much better. Worst experience ever in getting nails done as well as customer service. I don’t even wanna rate it as 1, if possible I will rate it in negative.

I have been going to New York Nails since the day they opened. I go every 2-3 weeks !! THE BEST NAILS by Lee and THE BEST PEDICURE by Chi (Lee's husband). Will never go anywhere else. I found Lee when she worked at a place before moving to her home then to her own company, New York Nails. I highly recommend them .. you will never leave disappointed!! A++++++++

I Love going to New York Nails, I leave feeling awesome, the owner is funny lady too, very nice and her workers are very good.I am extremely happy with the service there.

This place is horrible my feet are cracked my nails are not even at all I spent 110$ here today and am really disappointed I would like my money back or at least half or for you to redo both my hands and feetI've never had a problem anywhere else with my feet they always came out soft now they are cracked and gross. The only reason they get one star is because they were good with my sister
