Very helpful guys at this mall kiosk. I couldn't have asked for better service/help. Highly recommended.

The boss nathaniel very rude as soonest you talk to him very unhelpful I walked in asked him for help since I didn’t know how to figure out my koodo tab balance refused to even help me over the #123 dial worst customer service in the mall even said he would fire his employees for helping me a while ago figure it out would not recommend talking to him or even bothering to ask him a question, everyone else there does a great job helping anyone out

It's a basic kiosk. The staff are fairly knowledgeable and helpful. Just don't expect them to be able to help you with anything having to do with your bill.

Two people helped me yesterday. One was named Zac and I didn't catch his co-workers name. They where both very helpful. Zac did go above and beyond. Highly recommend this kiosk.

A kiosk in the Lethbridge mall staffed with as many as three professionals who are pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to help! My experiences with Koodo have been amazing over 8 years and I will never leave them, which I guess is the purpose of first class customer support! i pay for my plan and get free forever service! Who ever heard of such a deal?

I went in today, my phone has been acting up since I got it last week, I was hoping to find out some answers and get figured out my billing since I got double charged and was very disappointed. Straight from the start before I said hi, I was greeted very rudely by an employee named Nathaniel who seemed as if he was the leader. He gave me no help, made me feel as if my questions were irrelevant and then gave me attitude for the rest of our time. Not a single smile or please and thank you was given. He seemed annoyed by everything and by me just being there. I was nice to him from the start and when I realized he was not going to help me and give me nothing but snarky comments I finally left with no help and frustration. I was really disappointed as I had a very friendly employee help me when I got my phone and now when I came back, I had him. I can’t believe Koodo has someone like this working at their front desk to help customers. I will not be coming back.

I left with what I wanted.Couldn't tell if the person helping me, Nathaniel, was just irritated with me or if he was being genuinely helpful. All in all pretty helpful representstives. Thanks for all the help
