Not a hotel. Air BNB. Rude and Hard to communicate

After road closures prevented us from getting home, we quickly scrambled to find an available room for the night. Viví was super eager to help and moved rooms around to accommodate us. The bed was super comfortable and the house was absolutely stunning. In the morning Viví showed us where to find the coffee and tea and made the morning extra great. Will definitely stay again, thanks!

Room was clean. Pool and hot tub are both operational. Continental breakfast was good.

Pros : The property in n out is very beautiful, we did not had any issue related to our stay.Cons : the shared bathroom thing is not very convenient and the pillows are bad. Please change them

I booked this place on Booking.com as an entire vacation home with a bed and a sofa bed. After booking, they asked me for a deposit e transferred to a different email than the one of Booking.com. I paid it. The day of the booking, they told me I had booked a shared bathroom. I thought this sounded a little weird but they asked me if I wanted to upgrade and I didn't have time so I paid to upgrade to a single bathroom. Then, they gave me a different address to book into. When I got there, I was surprised to see that there was 1 bed in the room and a sofa bed in the living room of a house which seemed to have been shared among 10 or so people.Upon discussion with the landlord, they took me to a place that looks nothing like this picture. I was anticipating an entire vacation home at the second place, only to find that there was a bedroom rented. The intent was to use the bed and sofa bed that was advertised, the sofa bed being in a shared space this could obviously not be done.Upon asking for a refund, the landlords were (in my estimation deliberately) deflecting back to Booking.com. I spoke to Booking.com several times, however, and they indicated that the landlords were responding negatively to my refund requests, indicating that the booking was as advertised.I would strongly advise against using this place, the rates are quite low and my experience has led me to believe the landlords lack integrity. My deposit and the upgrade which were paid directly was returned, however nothing was offered in consideration for the 10 nights I originally booked and will not be spending there.

I had to find a spot for an out-of-towner" to stay for a few nights. We went with sun suites and had a great experience. The host was very friendly and easy to deal with. The room was clean and very professional. The monetary exchange was simple and hassle free

This house is really big with a lot of rooms. Nice and friendly staff who are accommodating. If you need a place to go for some peace and quiet, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
