Man has this place went down hill over past couple months with new owners/Management. Go to Ponoka Timmies daily..Half the time they don't even have what you want to order.. whether that be your choice of muffin, chocolate milk, hell today they even didn't have cream... yea. Coffee shop with no cream... what a joke.

Not sure what goes on in there past 9pm, but the drive thru here is so painfully slow. Currently sitting in the drive thru as I type this, I’ve been sitting here for 11 minutes now and there’s only 2 cars in front of me.Absolutely brutal.

Everytime I go to this Tim's my food and beverages never measure up to other locations. 1 our of 5 visits is when my order is done correctly. I have to ask for my hot beverages to be remade most visits. Today my family ordered hot items and they all got cold food :(

The lady working the drive through at night has a horrible attitude and they are very understaffed. They never have food for night shift, constantly put of items and horribly staffed

We live in Ponoka and frequent Tim's quite a bit. It was pretty good last year for service and food. But this year it has taken a large dip into mediocre food and very poor service. BUT, my thoughts are that the younger staff are not being given adequate training by their managers or supervisor. And that does not give them a great chance to succeed. So maybe who ever is in charge should look at being a better boss that cares about the food and service they are supposed to ensure. Have a great day!

Terrible service in the drive through. The woman on the intercom couldn’t sound more dull and unenthusiastic. Had to repeat what I wanted several times. Couldn’t get an ice cap. Couldn’t get the donut I wanted. Couldn’t get second choices. Gave up and left after thanking her sarcastically for being so pleasant.8:45 May 18, 2023

This Tim Horton's restaurant was definitely a unique location. Because people were waiting at the cashier for their food for literally 20 minutes, while drive thru customers were promptly served, we decided to do a mobile order.My wife waited a bit before going to the pick up spot, but they didn't begin to look at her order until she mentioned it to them... and then the wait began.... 15 minutes for our order.Total time from when the order was placed until received was 30 minutes. No, it wasn't busy in the store.Very disappointing visit indeed.

Ordered wraps in the drive through, took quite a while causing a long line up. It was worth the wait though!
