Wonderful experience. Called these guys for the first time and found their price very reasonable for my windows and overflowing gutters! I was also surprised by their excellent service and attention to detail. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to clean windows. First Class answered all of my questions promptly and their crew was courteous, fast and very professional. Totally recommend these guys.

The crew arrived right on time. They were very diligent and they checked each other's work. Very polite. The window cleaning of our 4-storey walk-up condo was done very thoroughly but also in a timely manner. All residents/ owners were treated courteously. We will continue hiring First Class Window Cleaning.

Lane and his team have been washing our windows for some years now. I know I can rely on them and appreciate their level of service. Our home has some tricky to reach windows and they get the job done. On the one occasion there was a miss, they came back and made it right. They don't price gauge like some other firms and so they provide really fair and awesome value. Thank you!

Highly recommended! After record-breaking rain where our clogged gutters overflowed I asked First Class for help. They must have been super busy but came by within a couple days. I was at work, they looked after everything. Paid by e-transfer. Super easy. Great value and done right the first time. Couldn't be happier.

The service is terrible. The owner just subcontracts the work out to another company. This was a while back and I have meaning to write a review on this. The 3 guys who where a bunch of drunks he sent to clean the windows where the rudest people you can ever meet ,They where from aldergrove. They don't clean up after them self's and talk back to you with attitude. I called the owner to tell them they missed some spots around the building and he sent them back to clean again and charged me a $900.00 bill for them showing up the second time. I highly don't recommend this company .DON,T USE THEM.

One consequence is that they have become quite popular and if needing window cleaning on short notice have tried other companies. There is no comparison to their good work ethic, courtesy and affordability.

I was greeted prior to the job with the lead washer who confirmed that I was the correct person, and we went over some of the challenges of having skylights and added services to the job. The work done by the two gentlemen was prompt, professional and with utmost care not to disturb newly planted flower beds. Can highly recommend this company whom I have used over several years.
