Alicia's Fine Foods

This store is amazing. I was able to find all groceries i needed and even to check if the have buckwheat, fresh twarog, variety of kefirs.

It's an okay store. A little crowded and very little English translation for us non-Eurpian speaking folks. Can't read labels for Ingedients, so you don't know exactly what you're buying.

I was waiting in line to be served at the meat counter and the blonde lady that worked there looked like she was looking for someone to help. I had been waiting there for over five minutes and it was about my turn. I said “you can help me or I’m not sure who’s next” and I gestured to the mother beside me. The lady said “no go to the back of the line”. Then I paused and just looked at her because I was contemplating if that was fair because the rest of the people in line arrived after me except a mother that was standing beside me. Then she just said “okay you can leave”. What kind of customer service is that? To literally kick a customer out of the store because they said “you can help me or I’m not sure who’s next” and because they didn’t obey you after a five second pause? Really? It’s sad that she thought it was okay to treat me that way because you don’t know what someone is going through on any particular day. So treating people like trash for no reason isn’t beneficial to anyone but apparently Alicia’s Fine Foods doesn’t care if they treat their customers like trash. I did leave without buying anything too and I’m so put off and shocked by that interaction I will never return again.

Great variety of European foods at reasonable prices. There is no deli counter in the city with as big a selection as Alicia's. I do wish they put prices or signs/tags on everything. I always leave a few things behind that I might otherwise have purchased because I had no idea of the price.

The best most friendly store full of diverse and excellent products from several European countries. Relaxing atmosphere. Loved it!

Alicia’s deli is by far the best place in the world and they have a huge variety of options, from their Hungarian thin sausage ( my personal favourite ) to their cheese and bread not to mention all of the other great European foods! I and my family love so many different foods from Alicia’s and I’m always greated with a big smile and welcomed by everyone who works there, they are always right there for you if you need help or have any questions! Such a wonderful place and amazing food!I 100% recommend Alicia’s fine foods to everyone and you definitely won’t be let down and your experience alone will keep you coming back always!!

Great food options. Bakery and deli are always on point.One star lost because you get very different service if they think you're Polish vs if they think you're not.

Was disappointed today, and don't think I will go here again. I made a trip there today to get mrakovic smoked meat. It comes vacuum sealed. I asked them to slice it for me at the deli. They have done so before. They refused to do so today. They even have it advertised in the deli meat windows. I even offered to pay for it first before they slice it. They still refused. It's packaged meat that isn't leaving your store, there shouldn't be any reason to refuse to slice it.Also, the staff there is not well trained on what is in the products. I once asked if the authentic wiener schnitzel" is veal - because the authentic one should be veal

Perhaps the best Polish deli and market in town. I've been buing cold cuts, sausages and cabage rolls for more than 30 years there.
