Total Physiotherapy

Went to them to rehab a broken bone in my hand. Had an initial 20 minute appointment where the guy massaged my hand and told me he would email me a list of exercises to do. $80.Two days later, no exercise email. Call them, no one picks up during office hours. Call back and leave a voicemail. Two more days, no return call still no email. Call again, still no answer during office hours. Emailed them about my concern. 10 days later get an automated email reminding me about my follow up appointment, but still don't have the exercises I'm supposed to be doing. At this point I just want to cancel my appointment. Call and email again, still no response.It wasn't until the day of my appointment does someone eventually pick up the phone. No one has any idea where the emails/and voicemails I've been leaving went. No one has any idea why PT didn't follow through with list of exercises. To quell my frustration, they said they won't charge me for cancelling my appointment within 24 hrs, lol. So generous. What y'all doing over there?
