CIBC Branch with ATM

I opened my Banking account with CIBC last year and Ekta Dhall from the Strasburg branch assisted me for the same .Since then she has been helping me / advising me at periodical intervals for my investment goals as well. I appreciate the kind help and support from her. She is proactive that helps reflects the customer oriented attitude of the branch as well.Kudos to the branch and its staff members!

We wanted some financial advice and booked an appointment with Ekta. She was great!! Knowledgeable, thorough, explained things well and was patient with our various options. Great customer service!

I’ve been a client of Mona for 6+ years and I will continue my loyalty with her. She is proactive in telling me when my mortgage is due for renewal and gives me investment advice based on my risk profile. She gives the best advice for my needs and in my best interests. This branch deserve less than 1 star… worse costumer service including the “Manager Mehul” or whatever is his name. who decides doesn’t help people being rude and not helpful. Since today I already decide remove and end any service this this bank !Don’t go there , specially if you’re student because they gonna ask you for scheduling and sing for your teachers they don’t care if you can prove that you’re student with letters …

Hi. I had issues with My account due to the scam happened one month ago. Padmaja vruddula from Strasburg branch helped me to resolve the issue by opening the new account and posting them to the ISBO. She helped me with lot of patience and she has very good knowledge and skills to resolve any kind of issue in banking and I am glad to be a client to her. Thank you Padmaja madam and CIBC.

Worst branch ever. Useless and helpless professionals. They dont care about your problems and do not do any eforts to help you with your financial matters. Avoid it. I am transferring my account and all my investments to another CIBC Branch near my house as they have an excelent customer service. I will give an excelent review to that other branch located at Lincoln Street.

I had an unfortunate experience with Mehul a few months ago which led me to leave a 1 star review. Since then I was contacted by another employee and felt they took the time to listen to my issue so they could try to help cultivate a better experience in the future. Hopefully not by terminating Mehul. We all have bad days and our holidays don't make it easy.I also hope you repaired your entrance door! If it's fixed next time I visit I'll adjust my review ;)
