I blew a tire driving towards Montreal and stopped at their shop. They replaced it right away. Great service..thank you.

Got there at 12h because of a serious car issue on a Saturday unannounced. Staff was very upfront with the cost of the repairs, which were reasonable.Called a few hours later when the job was well done. Would go there again. Thanks guys.

I was passing through and had a flat on my rv and the staff there on Sunday morning were very helpful.

I shopped here with my soon to be 2 year old daughter. They had helium inflated balloons with the canadian tire logo on them tied along the line for the cash registers. My daughters eyes lit up as she saw them so I snapped a ribbon and gave her one. These are corporate promotion balloons I figured, what better PR than a happy baby girl leaving with a balloon with your logo on it ? Well the cashier, a young girl (who's name i didn't catch but her operator # is on my bill in the attached picture.) angrily said these are not for taking and you will have to take it from your child and give it back to me. Really great way to make an impression on a potential future customer..... 1 month before her birthday..... I would put zero stars if I could. I'm truly dissapointed in my favorite store for putting my daughter through such a horrible experience.

Canadian Tire is continuously deleting my post!*3 weeks ago I purchased a Champion water pump from Canadian Tire costing me $431.67I had close to two feet of water in my basement and needed a pump for that purpose ASAP!The pump was defective and their policy is to provide an exchange on opened items.The store and all stores in my surrounding area did not have any of the pumps in stock, hence they could not provide me with an exchange. I had to go to a different store entirely (Les outils Pierre Berger) and purchase another pump costing me $540.35 as the flooding in my basement needed to be cleared out ASAP.This dates back to March 15th, 2019. I'm now at the 3 week mark and the store I purchased the pump from, the head office and Champion power equipment have been of absolutely no help at all in the matter. I get emails and phone calls telling me they're investigating the matter" and that's it.Since they could not provide an exchange I wanted my money reimbursed.Well they refuse to do so.Since the purchase of my farm in July 2017 I have spent over $13

Canadian Tire in St-Hyacinthe the person at the merchandise return desk was very very rude. I was treated like I was stupid returning an article !!!!!

Loved the store! Pleasant staff and products so well organized and clean! Bought online and took at the store! Very fast staff. Also bought some stuff at the store! All good deals and great quality!

Clean store and helpful staff. No storages of merchandise

I find these stores overwhelming, so I may not be the best judge, but I find the store overcrowded
