I called to have my septic pump replaced. Unfortunately he denied service as he stated he was an hour and a half away. I am just outside of embrun which according to Google maps, door to door is 25 min. Yet, he argued with me about the distance, insisting he was 1 5 hrs away.

Had to almost beg them to help me cause I didn't have a yearly contract and this was after the big storm and power outage. They went 12% above estimate. The service guy did a good job. invoicing needed to be examined and corrected.
