This was majorly positive experience for me. A few years ago, I was pressured by a doctor in Toronto into doing an FUE procedure, which I didn't know at the time is not always the most viable procedure for black candidates. I don't think my surgeon knew this either. It was traumatizing, and a harder recovery than it should have been. I spent years with a really poor transplant job I felt bullied into doing. I did some research and found Tammie at the Hair Loss Experts clinic and she was no-pressure, super informative, and extremely reassuring of whatever route I decided to go in. I booked an FUT transplant (for the higher rate of successful grafts) which was much more cost effective than any of those crooks in Toronto. And Tammie set up virtually everything, including my stay. It was so easy, and the entire surgery team was SO nice and reassuring! Most importantly (to me, in my case), the doctor has experience with BLACK clients! The doctor explained everything as he went, and left me feeling very confident in their work. The day after, I have no pain at all. Haven't needed to use any of the painkillers given to me. Thank you Hair Loss Experts team! You've lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and I'm very thankful. This experience was hands down 100x better than what I went through before.

Like the majority of reviewers, I had both a very positive experience with Tammie, Dr. Wadden, and Donna and positive result in terms of hair restoration.If if had it to do over again, I would still opt for the FUT approach Dr. Wadden employs (versus FUE). It's a bit quicker, less expensive, and allows for another harvesting session should it be helpful.My loss was on the crown and 12-months later I am again with full head of hair. As shown in the before/after photos, the transplant does not leave you with a super-thick shock of hair as you might have had at age 15, however - in my experience the transplant has completely served it's purpose in providing my head with sufficient hair coverage that someone looking at me isn't saying to themselves, This guy is balding on the top of his head etc."Should you opt to go with a transplant

Wish I could give more stars. The staff is not only knowledgeable and professional, but they are very friendly and understanding.During the whole procedure, they made sure to make me feel that I was the priority and that I was comfortable the whole time. Procedure went extremely well, barely felt anything due to the freezing, and just chatted with the doctors while watching Netflix the whole time.Tammie is accommodating, and offers a very reasonable price. She's very understanding with financing options and is always quick to answer her phone.I highly recommend Hair Loss Experts. Even if you're on the fence, just go in and talk to them.I am extremely happy with the results and am looking forward to a life with a full head of hair!

The service at Hair Loss Experts is quite amazing for a business that deals with numerous clientele, all with different goals and needs. There is a diverse set of treatment options ranging from non-invasive to invasive, which provides a very nice set of options. Tammie is knowledgeable, kind, and candid regarding the transplant surgery, laser treatment, and home care solutions (I.e. hairmax, Rogaine etc.) The fact that the Hair Loss Experts staff are honest with their prognostic enables you to be prepared for what is to come or expected to come for each treatment. One critique I would give is that the post-OP manual could be better updated and organized in terms of dates, however this is very MINOR as it is overall comprehensible. The personable and practical applications that Hair Loss Experts provides are leaps and bounds ahead of other Hair restorative centers that appear to care more about capital than the welfare of their patients. Well done and good job to Hair Loss Experts.

Had Transplant January 2021 with promises of receiving the same density on top as sides. Now she did mention that the hairline would be pushed further back still (which is completely fine).I was also told that if transplant wasn't successful, they would do it again FREE OF CHARGE.With that being said, Tammy didn't stick to her word at all and I was left with this. Please see attached photo as according to Tammy this is a succesful transplant.No words for how pathetic of service she has given.Just based off her service after the situation, I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.

Very disappointed and disheartened over my experience. Luckily I never had any treatment done as there were already reg flags from the beginning.After sending in a Request for consult via the webpage, I was contacted via text my Tammie about booking a consult. I thought it was odd that a business reached out to me via text and not phone call, especially given the personal nature of the business. I was never told who texted me only that my iPhone stated that “maybe: tammie Wright” was texting me. After booking a date, I received a confirmation text the day before, I thought sure, normal to confirm. (I was doing a virtual consult the following day)She asked for photos to which I obliged, again being slightly uncomfortable as I still haven’t spoken to an actual person.Fast forward to next day, appointment time comes. I patiently waited 23 mins post appointment time and texted that I couldn’t wait much longer as I had another appointment. I allotted myself an hour for the call. My text was read within a minute with no response.I again texted my concerns 6.5hrs later, again my text was read and no response.Needless to say, if this is the professionalism before a consult, I’m happy to not give my business or recommendations. A waste of my time and very disappointing.Edit:Even after my review, Tammie has chosen to only respond to my review publicly and not even the courtesy to reach out to me directly.

Well i will start off saying that i am the biggest procrastinator there is .I have been in contact with Tammie for about 3 years now . She is amazing with her explanations, knowledge and professionalism!! Never did i feel rushed or pushed to do this procedure.I chose a hair transplant after trying other treatments without being fully satisfiedThe Doctor and her staff are incredible and so easy to talk to . Everyone made this experience so pleasant for meTammie even checked on me multiple times post surgery to make sure i was okI will post before and after photos in near futureI big 5 star for this clinicSerge

I feel so reassured after my consultation with Tammie. Hair Loss Experts provided realistic expectations for my hair loss/regrowth. She didn't overstate my hair loss and didn't try to get me to leave with a bunch of products, so no sales pressure. This is my first pleasant experience with such a personal situation. I would recommend anyone to make Hair Loss Experts the first/only place for your hair loss treatment.

I met with Tammie for a consultation and was very impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and suggestions. She is non aggressive with her selling of the product as she is so confident in the product and the results that she does not oversell! I’m excited to start the process and see the results.
