Chipotle Mexican Grill
Was mostly fine, nice people but the food had been over salted. Saw a guy frying the veggies and buddy was absolutely pouring the salt on them. I think the owner needs to tell his workers to properly season their ingredients.

I love their food. These guys work hard, maintain an over all clean restaurant and make sure to consistently make fresh food.Ive been to a few other ones where I was fairly iffy about what I was being served.This particular restaurant has been consistent and friendly. Much appreciated.

The food is pretty good and my daughter loves the kids' meal with watermelon lemonade. However, we were told that we couldn't order the burrito in person and had to download the app and order through the app. When I asked why, I got the most b. s. non-sensical reason. So, we left.The floors and tables are also always filthy.

I got take out, it was alright flavour wise, texture felt off like it needed more of the vegetables and less sauce. The regular burrito with chips and queso was far too much food for me and for the price ($25 with a drink) it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't eat at Chipotle again.

I only go here a lot because it’s closest but the other locations are way better. Whenever I get my burritos from here they never know how to properly wrap it and end up destroying it. When I ask for a new one they say no or it’ll cost me double and they dump the broken burrito onto a new one. They are also super stingy on the portions when I ask for more rice or anytbing else they say it’s extra charge. If I’m paying 20$ for a burrito I expect a decent scoop of protein they try to shake every piece off of it for some reason. Hopefully they read the reviews in here and do better as a restaurant

I've been to Chipotles all across the lower mainland and have never been more severely disappointed than this one. Terrible customer service and the food quality is poor. Employees just stand around chatting with each other and chicken and steak are always dry to the point where they look like jerky. The guac that I've shown in the photo(no filter at all) is also dry to the point where it looks like it shouldn't be served anymore (no longer looks fresh). Honestly, if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Also when you ask for guac, they give a tiny bit only

Food was great! Full of flavor and staff was great.I wish I had been offered all the variety of meats they had, but I was just given two of the options. The rest was covered.Just realized there was more options when I proceed to pay for my order.Tables were dirty and the one that I took, had a leak from the ceiling which I didn't realize until I was eating.

I don’t typically leave reviews but my visit to this location definitely warrants a review.I ordered my regular chicken bowl, the rice they gave me was a huge dry ball off the bottom of the container. They had no lettuce and told me it would be 10 minutes. I paid in cash and the lady at the front told me she didn’t have change. Now it was only 5 cents, but she didn’t offer to get her manager or refill the till.Normally i wouldn’t complain, however chipotle isn’t cheap and my bowl cost me $24.I see the owner doesn’t respond to reviews, which is unfortunate. I hope this review helps this location improve their customers experiences.
