Staff is courteous and professional. The gym smells better than most other gyms. It's clean, neat, tidy. Decent equipment and has all your needs for fitness. Nice to have such a great tanning area as well.

I absolutely love this establishment. The tanning stations are great! I always come here when I'm back from Vancouver. The staff are friendly and welcome you with a smile. I love the clothing styles that they bring in... Overall one of the best stores in Williams Lake
