Does not follow DOT regulations when administering shy bladder procedure as per 49 CFR 40.193. The collector is supposed to urge the patient or employee to drink 40oz of liquid spread over a 3 hour period. I only received 3 cups (8ozX3) for the entire period, and was then instructed that if I could not provide a sample based on that, it was due to a medical condition. I made several attempts to get more liquid and a female staff member denied me the liquid. She did this to avoid a Diluted sample which is not allowed, diluted samples have different procedures that need to be followed and no one can change procedure based on their desire to not deal with diluted sample procedures.STAFF CLEARLY violated the DOT procedures for collection, and refuse to state this to the proper people or the MRO. They are unwilling so far to admit any wrongdoing during the collection procedure. If staff cannot follow these simple regulations and guidelines this location should not be allowed to do DOT testing.I would hope they would have enough integrity to report a mistest based on lack of procedural follow through on the collectors end. 28oz isn't 40, and that difference could have been all that was needed to produce a sample.

The staff was super friendly! Very clean, answered all my questions! Best place I've been to for drug and alcohol testing for work!
