Atrium Inn Vancouver

Don't come.My Friend and I booked a 7-night room at the hotel from 4.29. The front desk gave us room 318 and surprisedly we spotted a mice in the size of a hand ran in our room.We contacted the front desk. They changed our room to 403 claiming it was an upgrade, which I do not think so because the room is near the road and is way much noisier than the room we had.Additionally, when I asked the front desk about refund stuff, they said they could only offer me a discount for just tonight, May 1. That is totally ridiculous. I believe if you were me, you would definitely want to get your money back for this upset circumstance, at least refund for the rest of the 5 nights. No one would ever want to stay with a Micky mouse and suffer from the frightening moments and when the hotel still hold our $1526.I love the city of Vancouver. The green areas are greatly better than Toronto, except for a rat in my room and I'm paying $218 per night for it. Every one knows it's not a low price.And, don't come.May 3, there's another mouse in the dining room. You don't learn the lesson, do you?

Friendly receptionist of the hotel helped us move to another room because of a mouse. Breakfast is good but the paper plates and wooden cutlery was a shame. The rooms are okay but not super. The hotel is not in the nicest area of Vancouver.

This is a nice hotel near Vancouver. The decor is posh but in some places it is also a little worn. There is not an indoor pool or a hot tub; however, there is a free continental breakfast and a free underground parking garage. The neighborhood is also cute and walkable. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Highly not recommend it. Don't come!The hotel is very old and not clean. The reviews look like some fake ones. You can spend a little more to get a much better one. I completely did not recommend it. Don't trust their pictures. Room is much much worse.Don't trust the reviews with so many nice photos. Real customers will not post like this. I don't even want to take any photos as it is dirty with stains on the carpet and the room smells badly.

absolutely terrible value. Paid A LOT for this hotel to be within a 20 minute drive of downtown. While the lobby/reception was OK, and hot breakfast was decent, the rooms and guest floors were not. Horribly run down, with chipped walls/paint, water damage, and INSECTS - YES, INSECTS. I stayed here with my staff for a work trip, and regret it. NOT recommended.

Front staff is good but they can be more polite and helpful.Instead of being straightforward.Moreover when we called the front desk from the room for can opener they asked us to come down and take it and said they can’t deliver it to the door which sounds bad I guess when you are paying more than $200 and still not getting the service.But yeah we really like the room and hotel.

Ok - like me you might be concerned after reading some of the previous reviews. However I came to Vancouver for business and had a great stay at the Atrium Inn. Actually I decided to stay longer than originally planned. Very clean room & helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again. Very busy with people from all over the world staying here - wonderful conversations during breakfasts. SUGGESTION- for early risers like me please put out two pots of coffee so we can have a cup before the breakfast room opens.Thank you!
