Tried the Lamb shanks and the Chicken donner kebab. The lamb shanks were cooked to perfection, with the meat falling off the bone and the flavors being rich and deep. The spices used were well balanced and added to the overall taste of the dish.The donner kebabs were equally impressive, with a generous amount of filling and a wide variety of flavors. The meat was juicy and tender, and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of both dishes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Great kabab, very juicy , perfectly level of spice , close to UBC, great service , home made Dogb and best part they have little grocery atore beside it.I would highly recommend this Iranian restaurant

Sahel market and restaurant is a nice place to try Persian food, buy Persian stuff such as cookies, bread, pickles…Interior is nice, food is good and price is reasonable.Service was the only downside. No one checked on us during and after dining and each time we needed anything we had to try hard to get some one’s attention even for paying.

The best persian restaurant in Vancouver. We had loghmeh kebab, vaziri kebab, eggplant dip and saffron ice cream. We enjoyed every bite. We loved how they decorated this restaurant especially the market in the back. Service was really good and we this will our first choice when we’re craving for Iranian food. To the owner and staff of this restaurant: keep up the great job you’re doing.

Platters were HUGE!!! Lamb shoulder platter was great. I’ve bought takeout from the front counter before and the service was polite and very pleasant. Today we sat in, and we had to get up several times to get the waitress’ attention. Could be improved. The donair platters were a bit over-seasoned. Lastly, make sure you know what you’re getting if you order their yogurt drink. It’s not sweet…. It’s salty yogurt!

What a gem on broadway! Delicious and great value food. You get so much for your dollar! High quality meet and dips. Generous portions. Very nice staff and very quick service. They also have a great selection of foods in their market. The only not great part was the cucumber tomato side salad did not have much flavor, but you’re not going for that. I’d be back!

I had to come back to write this review. Food is very tasty and moderately priced with generous proportion. There was only 1 waitress working the entire floor with some help time to time. This review/shot out goes especially for her. Despite being very busy, no rudeness, no attitude but all hustle. Everyone waving friendly byes" as we wave out goodbye with happy "thank you". Great food and great people! We will come back to try more!"

The food was delicious, service lovely and very efficient!We ordered the BBQ and Lamb platters, which were plenty of food for 5 adults. Everything was well presented and delicious.Adding some pictures of the interior as it is not obvious from the other pictures that the space is nice for a sit in dinner (not a fast food place atmosphere). We'll be back!
