Contacted them as I hadn't received my insurance slips this year. Emailed me a new copy swiftly but still waiting for the mailed one they said they would send to arrive. I've been with them for decades, I couldn't compare to another insurance company.

I have been a customer with cowan for 20 years and the service this past month has been horrible. They can't answers questions correctly or they try and lie. Some simple follow up question reveals the false information given. Please call someone else. I will be cancelling all my policy's with this company.
