I was surprised to see so many bad reviews as I have been to this copy place several times to use computers and make copies. I have always received great service, have been helped in a timely fashion and with friendliness. However, It is indeed a busy place and you might have to wait a couple minutes if others are before you.

I am surprised of all the bad reviews. I went once and was very well served. I had just spend 45 min at another copy place where my documents on usb key kept moving and not printing right and it even seemed I got a virus on my usb key. At this place the young man arranged everything well and pretty fast for a very decent price. I hope I will get this good experience next time!

I need to pay cash. They said that the machine need to repair ( since few months ago I guess). I printed 8 color pages. It cost me 15,50$. The most #expensive printing service in town. I have been printed at many different places. This price unbelievable, even if you try to calculate 15,50$ - 3$ (open file)=12,50. 12,50./.8= 1,562$/each pages ????????????????. The quality is not match with the price as well!

So expensive. He goofed my order cause he wasn't listening to what I needed, and it ended up costing me $10 for 3 colour copies (when I only needed one page). I was going to find to have more stuff done in the future, but I'll just go elsewhere instead.

Do NOT go there! 6$ for a colored page, you're better off going to Bureau en gros that's 20minutes away from Jean-talon, and stays open till 9pm. Honestly, just go anywhere else but here. I'm disgusted!Arnaque du siècle!!! Vous ferez mieux d'aller ailleurs.

The owner is very nice and sweet. This shop been here for very long long time. Yes it looks old and run down but everything works. Just like Dial Up internet AOL. It’s call vintage but still works. I went to print some documents and he was very understanding. A client ahead of me had no cash. He left her go without paying. Free. I suggest you bring cash with you. This type of business is what we the new generation should try to save and keep.

The owner is rude and very impolite. He made me angry. Don't go there, he might underestimate you, insult you for no reason. If you smile to him and say hi, he won't smile or reply to you, he would try to show you that he doesn't need your money or your presence.He tries to let you wait for no reason, he doesn't answer your question, he tries to busy himself playing with paper and walking back and forth just to let know you he doesn't care about you. He is a real sociopath.He bursted at me in very agressive manner just because I asked him about the price of fax.He made me so angry thanks God I didn't fight with him. I told him he was a sick man, this is the first time in decade a person made me yell at him.Those who gave 5 stars didn't meet the owner, they met the workers who are very friendly and nice.

Located right outside the Jean Talon Metro station, so it's easily accessible. The services provided are also very affordable compared to other places like Jean Coutu - about 10c a page for printing and photocopying and this can be even cheaper depending on how many pages you need to print.There is only 1 person managing all operations, which means you might need to wait a bit if it's crowded.Given that people will be working from home for atleast a few more months, and it can be difficult to get access to a printer, I would definitely recommend this place.Not sure why this place has a low rating. I had a good experience overall.
