Had a flat on my Harley when I arrived in Rapid City. Wouldn’t have been riding if it weren’t for Greg bc Harley wasn’t answering their phones. Called and Greg drove out with a trailer and picked up my bike, took it back to his shop and called me when it was ready. He squeezed us in and really saved the day for the wife and me.

These guys really are top notch!!! My bike arrived in Sturgis and we were scheduled to ride to Billings MT and Yellowstone. 10 miles out of Sturgis, my drive belt snapped. These guys worked a second shift so I could be back on the road the next day!!! Nobody does that!! Cant say enough about how above and beyond these guys go. Did I mention how they came to the Harley Shop to pickup my bike when The Harley Shop couldnt tell me when they would be able to fix my belt!! Oustanding!!!!

Great place, honest and very helpful. I got a flat tire on the first day of the rally and 30 minutes after the phone call they showed up with a trailer and got the bike fixed in a couple hours. I would highly recommend Fast Forward. See you next year!!!

Was in Sturgis week before Rally. Bike kept throwing error codes and going into limp mode. Harley Davidson wouldn't even answer the phone. Fast Forward did. Looked at bike and fixed the same day!!!

I was ona 3 day trip to the Hills out of Colorado and I badly needed a back tire on my Yamaha V star. I called Fast Forward at 7:30am and expected an answering machine. Greg picked up the call and told me to come on down for same day service. This is a real deal bike shop, and he was so great to work with. Had me in and out in a flash, no fuss, no b/s. Thanks Greg, I owe you!!

Needed somethin small for my bike since I lost the part somehow. Called him asked if he had any. He checked and found one. Told him I didn’t have cash on me he said no worries come back another time. Was awesome that he helped me in a time of need.

Not unlike many, I was in town for Sturgis with a broken bike. I called Fast Forward's number simply cause they didn't have opening time hours listed, boy was I lucky.The mechanic Greg treated me like a brother and not like his next victim. This dude is legit. I can't wait to hang out again. Thanks Bro.

My stater went out during the Black Hills Rally, he got my bike in and fixed in less than a day. Better, faster, and cheaper service than Harley. If you have problems with your bike, this is the guy to go to.

COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST!!! Wife was having issues with her bike while we were traveling. We found Greg's shop. He talks a good game but he did none of the work we were charged for. bike was having shifting issues. Greg told us he had to remove transmission and repair broken parts. after we returned home and the bike went to a honest shop, we found the transmission was never touched. He made a quick fix to the bike linkage and charged us over $800.
