Ordered a wheelchair before I was discharged from the hospital June 2021, took months for it to come in! Then recently went to purchase a 4 wheeled walker in March of 2022, and was told it would be in in 4 business days. Waited for a phone call then finally phoned few weeks later and said they were waiting to see if my funding was approved. So I understood, but at the same time asked them to order it regardless of the funding and we were willing to pay. So now it is the beginning of June and they said it is on back order until the end if the month. I called June 20th and they said they needed to call someone else, maybe the warehouse and get an update and that they would call me back. I assumed the same day, but I waited a few. Next thing I knew it was the next Monday, it had been a week. By now it has been 3 months and I have improved in my walking and I want it use it to further my progress. My whole family was frustrated and went into the store June 27th and spoke to who ever was working at the desk. They were able to get a hold of who ever and said it was on backorder until the end of August. We said unacceptable and that we were very disappointed in the customer service so we said cancel the order. We went across the street to Silver Cross and they had what I needed in stock and bought it the same day. The gentleman was very informative. People who need assistive devices should be able to get what they need, when they need it. Waiting months is unacceptable!

This is my first review on anythingI have to say this is the worst place I have to deal with . There should be someone who is in a wheelchair that works there so they know our needs

I am not very happy with the service from motion specialties! It takes months to get a part even a simple armrest!They had my power chair for a day changed the good one and threw the one away now it's been weeks and note even a phone call or apology is!!

After buying our Walker from this place we returned with a broken brake cable on a Monday. We were told that the technician wasn't there and that he would do it on Tuesday and give us a call, no phone call all week so I phoned on the Friday and asked what was going on and they said it was scheduled to be looked at by the technician Friday at noon. Again no phone call Friday or Saturday so I went back in on Monday and they still had not even looked at it.We have a walker because you need themr not because it's an option.Absolutely no apology no sorry no nothing just no explanation at all we took the Walker went to Shoppers home life and had it repaired in one day just letting the people know the kind of quality service that is available at this place motion specialist.I couldn't rate them any lower than a one otherwise I would have.
