We used Pickering Handyman Same Day to extend our kitchen island as we didn't have room for a kitchen table in our new home. Pickering Handyman Same Day had great ideas on how to properly secure the addition while making sure it looked great. The end result was a great looking island - they came in on budget, on time and even fixed a couple of other things in our kitchen we didn't realize were broke. I would highly recommend Pickering Handyman Same Day and his services; he knows what he's doing!!

We hired the company to replace the closet door rail and do some repairs in our bedroom windows. They arrived on time, and were very easy to communicate with. They were also very courteous and did a fine job. No doubt we shall use them again for additional things in the house. We would definitely recommend them.

They give you a quote and then when the job is done they quadruple the price, very unethical and unprofessional, extremely not what I would expect from a company.I will say that their response time was good but left me extremely disappointed and shocked when he gave me the total price when he was done, what was supposed to be an easy fix (three kitchen drawers that were broken) cost me $300 cash. I was quoted $90 for 2 broken drawers. Very sad that they can do this and get away with it.

Pickering Handyman Same Day has been our go-to handyman company for several years. We compile a list and when it has several things, we call Pickering Handyman Same Day. This time it was urgent that the stove vent cover be replaced. While their technician was here, he also cleared most or current list of small jobs. He was good, fast and left everything cleaned up. Also a very nice guy.
