This review is late in coming and I apologize for that. Recently we had a catastrophic situation where the door of our washing machine snapped off. As a wellness business that relies on clean linens and a washer that runs consistently for 12 hours a day, panic set it. I spent two and half hours making phone calls to various repair places, left voicemails that were never returned. My last call was to Integrity. Thankfully, we found Paula. Not only did she understand the issue, she knew exactly what part was needed. They went above and beyond and 90 minutes later our machine was up and running!! Grateful is an understatement!

These folks are Fantastic ! Kevin and Paula and their staff have been super flexible in this current Covid Craziness. Recently We had to make adjustments and business assessments in a hurry. Kevin was there with both of his listening ears, and his insight into our industry based on many decades of experience. He and his team were quick and professional . They got the job done in a courteous and super professional manner, as always I have had business dealings with Integrity since their inception, and they have always been above and beyond.
