In the past I've dealt with many rug cleaning problems, One time they were WAY over priced. Another time I tried doing on my own with a carpet bleach, My WHOLE carpet became bleached. It was great! My rug was getting messy and I was recommended by a good friend of mine and she said the Persian rug doctor was good and they aren't very cheap. So I visited the other day and it took very reasonable time and after it was almost good as new! so if you had a dirty rug (like mine!) visit the Persian Rug Doctor!

I should not feel compelled to write this review, because we all should assume that we will receive excellent customer service and quality workmanship from a professional business. Alas, this seems to be rarely the case, so when we do, we notice. I used Persian Rug Doctor for a minor rug repair, which was done efficiently, with precision and care. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to my most demanding friends.

I was in the market for someone to clean a couple of our cherished Persian rugs. I did a lot of research and finally found these guys. They didn't have as many reviews but they were professionals every step of the way. They walked me through the process, beat everyone else's prices, offered timely service and also did a really nice repair on one of the rugs. Most importantly, the rugs looked amazing, almost like the day we bought them. Very happy, will certainly use these guys again.

My 7 months puppy chewed on one of our favorite carpets. Called couple of places and Sham was the fastest responding and most reasonable in price. Very happy with the quality of the work and the value for money

I bought a new rug and i needed to wash my rug, so I gave a call to the Persian Rug Doctor and their customer service was AMAZING! They helped me choose a very nice new rug and i gave them my rug to wash. When i got my rug back it was so clean it was like it was brand new! I hope you guys stop by Persian Rug Doctor if you get a chance.

This is the absolute best place to send your carpet to be cleaned!! My husband spilled a large amount of red wine at a dinner party on our friends Persian carpet.Mr Sham M showed up quickly upon being called and within a short time the nightmare was over!Very very nice people and extremely knowledgeable!

The Rug Doctor was great! I called a few other companies but none of them were responsive. I texted the Rug Doctor and he responded right away and came to see the rug the next day. A few weeks prior I had spilled a full glass of red wine on a light coloured Persian wool carpet and after trying every home remedy in the book I thought it was over. He quoted me to wash the entire carpet first to see how it looked and that we would assess and go from there. It needed cleaning anyway. That didn’t do it for the stain - he sent me photo updates to keep me in the loop. We decided to go with the stain removal process which was expensive but worth it. He delivered the carpet back to me and I am really pleased with the result. Highly recommend!
