Had a large phone in order with 5 Guys Windemere on April 29. When I arrived home 15 minutes later the order was wrong & was missing 2 burgers. I called immediately, gave my order number & the woman verified that they had forgotten the 2 burgers. She offered a free meal at my next visit. When she said all she needed was my name & phone number I asked her 3 times if that was all that was needed & if I should keep my receipt & if I could have her name. She said no need as it would be recorded at the store & anyone would be able to help me.Nope! Called in an order yesterday & when I said there was a free meal under my name the woman said there was nothing but she would check in the back if I could give her the date etc. & who I spoke to. After a few minutes she hung up on me.I decided to call back & order my food & then speak to them in person at the store. I was told by the staff that they had no way of knowing if what I said was true unless I could provide a receipt.Paid for food I never received & basically got called a liar. Great customer service. This company couldn’t care less about my issue but sadly, the issues of poor service, poor record keeping & even worse customer service are also issues they couldn’t care less about.

Amazimg food with choice of condiments and a different array of flavors for milkshakes .. WORTH a look and try. Prices are VERY good !!Worth it

Lots of room, neat and orderly, pleasant service, and tasty food! The milkshake had a rich, well-balanced flavour and was thick.

After I ordered the lady who took my order asked if I wanted the receipt, I replied no but she says actually you need the receipt for your order, which is completely fine. When the order came up the same lady handed me my food and didn’t even ask or look at the receipt, I asked her as soon as she handed me my food if she could throw out the receipt but she just talked to her friends until she noticed I was still standing there, so then I just asked her again if she could throw my receipt away since the garbage was literally right next to her. She then says there’s garbage at the front, like are you serious. Then I said the garbage is right beside you could you throw it out and she looked at me dead in the face and said the garbage is in the front, she wasn’t even doing anything or working she was talking to her friends when I asked for her to throw it out. First you ask if I want the receipt, then when I say no you say it’s actually mandatory, then when you don’t even check for my receipt and I ask you if I could throw it out to the garbage right next to you you couldn’t even do that. Worst service ever

The patty on the burgers were moist. Overall the burger was good. Staff are polite and nice. Iess one star because it's not the best burger I've had in comparison to some other burger places we've tried and also because of the price of the soda. I find the milkshake very thick as well and it didn't help that the straw they have was thin. I think it would help to have a bigger straw.

Great five guys! The best fries. Awesome burgers. Even for a non burger lover these are amazing. The worst is that the location is filthy, every time I go. Very nice staff.

Food, as always was amazing. Too many fries - is that even a thing? We got a large fry, forgot that a large meant LARGE, but apparently we were all hungry enough to polish off our great burger and a million french fries. Super good, super hot, always a family favourite.

Great food and friendly service; however, there were 15 tables without people, and only 2 clean clean tables (one was for ♿️), so really 1 we could sit at. The rest of the guest were wiping tables with their hands so they could sit down to eat. It wasn't busy, and there were plenty of workers available to clean.
