Just had a new set of winter tires put on the other day and couldn't be happier. Action tire on morrow road in Barrie is absolutely amazing to deal with and provide impeccable service. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was in the next day. Better than five stars!

We received amazing customer service provided by Stephanie at the Morrow Rd, location in Barrie. Stephanie, the service advisor and the automotive mechanic Patrick had went out of their way to help us out with our unique situation on our 2008 VW. I will comeback again without hesitation and highly recommend their service. It’s nice to see there is still auto shop in the community that provides genuine care to the customers. Big thanks to Stephanie and Patrick.

Needed a hard to source tire and Stephanie when over and above to find me one. After she couldn't get one from her network, she made a few calls (to competitors I'm assuming) and found me one. The shop was clean/modern and the team fixed me up on time! Would definitely recommend Action Tire if you're looking for new rubber!

These people get it. From the time you call to when your job is completed the communication is excellent. Stephanie is professional in every way. She follows up on every detail. Then, the actual labour. Patrick did my trailer equalizers. Efficient. Talks to you about the repair. Just so positive. On time. This was the same experience I had in the Summer replacing my trailer tires. Just very efficient.I would recommend this business to anyone. They are a pleasant change from so many other places I have experienced.Thanks for your work .

Action Tire & Auto Service has top notch customer service! We went in to choose new rims and tires for our truck and couldn’t be happier!
