I can’t believe how much this hot tub has helped my back, and other various aches and pains, better than any other type of therapy or over the counter remedies. It’s truly been life changing and made it possible to continue running my 49 year old family business. I can’t thank you enough!!

Pool companies are busy this time of year, so I unfortunately went with a pool company (rhymes with California) who could get out to service a broken part on our filter the next day. I knew where the leak was, took picture of the filter make\model and the piece which was leaking so they knew what they needed and assured me they'd bring the part with them. Once they ripped apart the filter they indicated they'd need to order the part which would take a week or so. They gave me an estimate ($325 for parts, $200 labor), and suggested I should just replace the filter since parts were hard to find for this filter". They went on to say they had a new filter in stock and could install in 1-2 days. Three days passed and no communication from them. I went to Premier Pool to see if they had the part. They did. Alton went above and beyond by staying after close to ensure I was taken care of and make sure I also had all the necessary orings. Within 20 minutes I had the filter put back together at a cost of $74.43. While the other company was willing to gouge me for $325 for parts (and said I'd be better off just installing a new one instead just to sell me a new one)

Wonderful company to work with. All the way from the technicians who diagnosed the issue with my hot tub (lightning strike near the home) to the follow up quote and repairs, they were all professional, communicative of timing and issues, and easy to work with. They said what they could do and did what they said on a timeline that they stuck to. Highly recommend for any type of advise or repairs. Reasonably priced as well.

I had a great experience with Premier Pool & Spa for our purchase of an Arctic Spa hot tub. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The process from start to finish went smoothly and Premier did exactly what they promised. It’s hard to find excellent customer service but that’s not the case with Premier Pool & Spa, they exceeded our expectations at every step along the way!

I had my first experience working with Premier Pool & Spa this week and to say it was anything less than amazing would be an understatement. Alton answered the phone when I called and even though I was not a customer, he took the time to listen to my problem and talk through what the issues could be. After that, he scheduled a tech to come out and confirmed the appointment with an email. When Dustin (the tech) called ahead of the appointment to let me know he was on the way, and then showed up on time, I was already impressed (this was not my experience with the previous pool company we had worked with). Dustin listened as I described and showed him what the problem was with our heater. He had no problem having me be there to see what he was doing, and how he was going to fix the problem. It took him all of 5 minutes to figure out what the problem was and fix it. He also took extra time to answer all of my questions regarding not just the problem, but anything else I had relating to the heater, the pump, and the pool. It was the best service I have ever received since becoming a pool owner 4 years ago. Kuddos to Alton, Dustin, and the entire staff at Premier Pool & Spa! Thank you for showing me what excellent customer service looks like. I will be a customer for life.

Great service support by Aldon and his team. My mastertemp 250 heater would not come on when I opened the pool after a long winter. He sent me a bunch of information to conduct a troubleshooting of the situation and some recommendations of parts that I might need. I had it up and running after 45 mins of troubleshooting. The AFS was the problem with debris blocking the fan motor. Cleaned it out and replaced the AFS and all is good. They got right back to me after I reached out to them what a great customer service team.

Great service! The technicians who installed our new Intelliflo variable speed pump were outstanding. They did great workmanship, answered all my questions and walked me through how to operate the new pump. They even went above and beyond to check over our salt system and auto cover to make sure it was in good operating condition. I would definitely recommend using Premier for pool services.

We had an excellent experience with Premier Pool & Spa!We have been dealing with this company for almost 20 years, and they are knowledgeable and experienced and great people to work with. We are new to this home and new to the experience of having an in ground pool. The prior owners had and recommended Premier Pool and Spa. We are more than satisfied with them as they have gone above and beyond. They answer all my questions via phone call or when they are out here as I've had a lot of questions. They are upfront with options, pricing and advice. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. We will continue to work with them knowing we'll have all we need to enjoy our pool and spa. I highly recommend them.
