West End Pharmacy

My wife and I have been dealing with this pharmacy for many years now, Magod the proprietor of the two businesses (one downtown Hamilton) and this one at 690 Main St. W. right in the Urgent Care Hospital, is a excellently run pharmacy. Enforced by Magod himself, if by chance there is an error in your order (which is bound to happen) as the pharmacist assistants are really busy and can be interrupted during their counting of medications, problems are resolved quickly and no problems. Delivery all over, with friendly staff on hand at both locations. Delivery driver is very personable and prompt also. Highly recommend this pharmacy for all one’s pharmaceutical needs (many OTC products available too).

Great staff who go above and beyond best pharmacy I've ever used would never go anywhere else they are that good. Kind and empathetic always helpful and friendly hard to find a pharmacy or any business for that matter with such great staff and such excellence service.

From day one the folks at West End have been helpful and kind. Scripts are renewed in timely fashion. Mistakes, usually on doctors end are resolved quickly. These folks deserve your business. Most if not all plans are accepted and direct billing also done to help make life easier. Top shelf guys and gals at West End IDA.

I've been a customer for five years and can honestly say i havd never come across a more professional and helpful group of individuals i have ever met. Owner is very nice and helps me regularly with my medications and the such. Recommend this business to anyone. You wont be sorry. Good people. To say they treat people like junkies is totally not based in fact. Theh would not cross that line of and be disrespectful. Habib has been robbed in the past by junkies and am sure he is well educated in seeing signs of perscription abuse. He must protect himself and his staff period.

You would think all pharmacies are equal, right? They just receive a prescription for you, fill it and sell it to you. But there are some pharmacies the go above and beyond and truly show they care about their customers. West End IDA is one of those pharmacies.Every time we entered the pharmacy we were so warmly welcomed and served. Every staff was incredibly helpful, answering our questions whenever we had them.Recently we had purchased some very expensive medication over the past few weeks. We have no coverage for this medication so over the last few weeks we have spent upwards of $6k. We ended up accidentally overbuying and had $300 of unopened medication we wouldn’t be needing. The pharmacist graciously allowed us to return the medication since the seal was still intact, because he knew how expensive it was and how many times we had been in for refills.This was such a small and simple act of kindness that took a huge weight off our shoulders.If you are looking for an amazing pharmacy, please go to West End IDA

Friendly service with free delivery. I have been a customer for many years, predating the McMaster Family practice leaving. No complaints after many years of excellent service. I don't understand how this store could treat people like Junkies" as mentioned in another comment. I think that choice of comment says more about the customer writing the review than it does about this excellent business."

Staff treats public like junkies. Im.new to Hamilton and went in Yesterday to set new priscriptions and get some tylenol 1s. I was treated like some addict and became very uncomfortable.Go to York Queen pharmacy instead. Fati is VERY respectful
