S Spa Nails & Lash

I was very happy with my experience, and I’m a picky one when it comes to my nails. Attention to details was perfect, salon was very clean and inviting, good selection of colors. I will be booking my next appointment there again.

EDIT: The owner called me personally and explained everything! I appreciated that a lot. She was so patient and kind. A lot of places won't go out of their way like that, thank you! I do always enjoy my nails when I come here, Highly recommend. :)I love this spa because it's close to home, they're kind, and do a pretty good job! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because when I booked online for acrylics it said it would be $45 but I ended up having to pay $90. I'll admit I was too nervous to ask why it was so expensive so I just went with it so maybe that's on me, but I didn't get any designs or crazy length so I'm not sure why it was so much. Anyway, nice spa overall!

I was hesitant to visit this nail salon after reading the reviews but I am so happy I did! Nancy was absolutely the best and so courteous and pleasant to speak with. I will definitely be back to see her again!

The business is lovely and honestly the staff are very friendly and nice. The problem is the outcome. I had an appointment booked that I fully went to, paid for, and tipped... but I am living in one of those what I wanted vs what I got meme's. My new set of acrylics are not good. The lady who did them is super nice and she said she could do the design I showed her and, well, it's not good. I'll admit maybe I should of done a closer inspection but there is a lot wrong. The design as I said, not good. The application of the tips she either did well or horrible, no in-between. I also think the tips are maybe the wrong size? And the acrylic didn't go to the sides of the nail as much as I requested. Sizes of nails compared to each other (pinky vs pinky) are significantly different. One nail is completely slanted. Again, maybe I should of been more pushy about my expectations but it was hard for me because everyone was so lovely and nice.

The nail artist rushed like crazy, cut my skin twice with the automatic filer, made a bunch of mistakes and didn’t bother to fix them. The polish was gloopy in places, filaments of hair were left sticking to the polish, and white sticky powder was left under my fingernails. I thought perhaps she was rushing because she had a next customer but after she finished she just sat there and watched something on her phone.I still gave it 3 stars because on the plus side it is a pretty salon, clean, organized, nicely decorated, comfy chairs, and friendly staff, however, the actual manicure was not well done at all.

This was my second time getting my nails done. I gave it a 4 because I had to return to have my nail fixed after 3 day because the polish was not good. At first the owner did not want to do anything about it, then she did and I was happy. I will return but I will pay more attention when my shelac is been done.

I absolutely love this place! I've gone twice and had exceptional service! They always go above and beyond and hear what you are saying and take the time to give you what you want!

I booked pedicure, manicure and shellac polish with them. The girl helped me out and finally did what I need!! I paid more than 100$, But after 3dys it started chipping off, then I called them. So she said to come for re-doing it. But when I went to re-do my polish, she was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed and never go again..!! Expensive and they do it in a rush. Very bad experience and would not recommend to anyone!!!!!

Great pedicure. The location is super clean and bright. They use bags in the pedicure basins for each client. My pedicure was done by Nancy, she did an excellent job.

I have tried this salon twice because it is close to home but unfortunately i wont be returning. Both times I got a mani with shellac. Both times they were done so quickly, but the most disappointing is that the shellac lasts max 5 days. 7/10 nails are peeling off. Perhaps they need to start considering a new product?I gave 3 stars as the staff was friendly and the salon was clean and well maintained.
