I just recently moved here and my address is super hard to find. The delivery guy left with my package since he could not find the address. When I called back to inquire, the company was very polite, they told the driver to come back and deliver the package. The driver was also very kind. He waited for me as I went for groceries before he came. I was surprising to experience such good service since it was end of his shift, he was petting my dog when i came back and smilingly handed me my package.

Very inconvenient place to have parcels delivered to, they're only open for pick up 1 hour Monday to Friday from 9-10am. A lot of my packages come back damaged. No phone number to get a hold of when you're told you can pick up in the morning and come to find no one is there. Extremely unprofessional.

My package from a company arrived only 1 day after the expected delivery date despite the challenges of Covid-19. Tracking updates were posted regularly. The package was delivered to my front door in excellent condition. The contents seem in good order. Thank you Delivery Force and the drivers and those in the sorting facilities who made this possible. Thanks again..

Worst service ever!! Have had several of my packages delivered to unknown addresses(Not mine) when my address is clearly marked on package. Then they tell me they dont delived to where I live.....seriously I have 4 out of 9 recent packages delivered to my home......so why will some drivers deliver to my home and others will not ??and then feel the need to deliver my packages to random homes/businesses in town?? Good luck trying to file a complaint or get any answers.....VERY MUCH DISLIKE THIS BUISNESS and hope Amazon finds a better courier to dealwith.

Email states pick up time is 8-11 AM. Door states pick up isn't until after 10 AM.Couldn't find my package at first.Only plus is fast delivery, but if you're not at home picking up at the business is a pain.

Delivery Farce! Nuff said. Packages are kept on makeshift shelf in apparent random order. When open , the attendant tries to locate packages by searching ... through all of them! Have mislaid 2 of my packages so far. Does not inspire confidence at all.

It’s debatable whether this company is as bad or worse than DHL. Good luck trying to get ahold of anybody here to get your parcel. They say they left a notice at my door. My ring doorbell says otherwise. As does the lack of tracks in the snow on my walkway.

The hours on which you are able to pick up are not great . Also when the hours are posted and still no one is around it makes pick ups very difficult . Hopefully its a staff issue and maybe they will improve . The gentleman on the phone did come quickly after i called .

This place is such a scam. Unfortunately they are contracted with amazon. I have reported them to amazon for “losing” 2 of my packages in the last week. When I reported them to amazon, I inquired if I could receive packages via Canada Post. Amazon informed me that was not possible and they send packages likely with the fastest/cheapest company, being this scam business. You receive odd phone calls from random people that “work” for them. I went there on their listed hours, and was told by one of their drivers who happened to be outside “no one is here today”. Apparently they work when they want, without abiding to their posted business hours. I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with them. Every time I go there, people are waiting outside and have the same things to say.

Excellent Service!!!!!I had a package coming to rural site in Prince Albert and therefore it was picked up by me. By the time i got at the business they were already closed. And warehouse worker were moving out. So i told them i was there for a pickup. One of the worker opened their gate again and searched for my package and gave it to me, really like their service and dedication
