I think medisan health is a great place. The 1 stars are for the receptionists- but for the doctors they all deserve 5 stars.

The customer service sucks. They never return your call even you leave messages to call you back. Can’t get hold of any medical asst no matter how many times you call. Need to leave messages all the time and never get a return call at all. Their recorded phone messages is quite too long as well. It’s really annoying!

I LOVE my family doctor but the receptionists are absolutely horrible. They never pick up the phone or return voicemails. When dealing with peoples lives and health it seems negligent and unacceptable to not get past being on hold. I am seeing a lot of similar reviews and we are trying to tell you that something needs to change here and adding an online booking system is not enough.

We've been looking for a family doctor over one year since our previous FD retired in 2020. Finally, we got an opportunity to meet Dr. Sawhney as he is taking in new patients. During the interview, Dr. Sawhney was very kind and cheerful. He is so knowledgeable and so efficient. We're really lucky to have him as our family doctor.

I have been with the same doctor, Dr.Sawhney, since before medisan health opened its doors (more than 10 years). I have felt extremely lucky to have an amazing doctor. I’m consistently satisfied with all doctors (especially Dr Uppal as well as he’s my daughters FD). I haven’t had any issues with reception staff. Although I am always happy with the clinicians, I have noticed the last couple years the clinic become busier with the shortage of FD’s in the Province. Regardless, the compassion and excellence is unmatched.

I wonder if anyone from your Clinic reads these comments???Doctors are great, but the receptionist need some training.called 4 times in one day and was on hold for 20min each time.Tried to book online and that doesn't even work????

The doctors here are fantastic. The receptionist are terrible. Literally every time you try to call you are on hold for 3 mins then sent to voice mail. Now their mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message. Only other option is online booking however sometimes you need to speak to the receptionist. I'd rather not drive all the way to the building just to talk to them or ask a question. It was never this bad. You can't even try calling as soon as they open. Plus the staff aren't friendly nor seem to have a care for the patients. This problem has been an issue since the beginning and it keeps getting worse; they just don't care to fix it.

It is actually also called Teamwell Health. I like the services there. I was suffering from sciatica pain for 9 months. I had massage, acupuncture, and chiro done from somewhere else which didn’t help but Dr. Cheng is very good. My sciatica pain is slightly less after seeing him.

Been coming to this office for over 7 years and it just gets worse.Doctors are great, staff is unresponsive. You leave a message, and sometimes it is 2 3- days and sometimes it is never. This is down to the Medisan ownership not hiring enough admin or just not caring about patient care. Patient care is not just seeing the doctor.

Horrible office staff and this company is all about seeing patients in high volume. They do not have enough staff or the right staff to be running a medical office. Paperwork is so backed up! People are in need of medical attention quickly but they don't care. Wonder if the doctors know what's going on.
