Achieve Massage Therapy

I've been here 2 times now, and I can't say anything but great things about Sarah! She's so kind, listens to what your problem is and then fixes the problem! I'd recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great massage therapist!It's also a great location, easy to find parking, and the room is super clean and inviting!

A couple years ago I broke my back and Sarah has been helping me deal with the resulting chronic pain and tension. She's incredibly thorough and not only listens to help me with exactly what I need, but she finds and treats painful areas that I was not even aware of. In addition, she gives me stretches and exercises that I can do myself between treatments to keep my body as functional and happy as possible! She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and cares about her patients. Every experience with her is positive. I highly recommend her for all problems causing pain, tension, or stress, whether it be injury recovery or from sitting at a desk all day.

I had a 60min message with Sarah D and I can’t rave enough about it. She is an excellent MT with a wide knowledge base. As I have multiple ailments that I routinely see a message therapist for, I typically find a good MT and stick with them, but through covid I held off going and was recently unable to see my regular MT and so I booked with Achieve Message Therapy here in Thompson. I felt safe and relaxed with Sarah; I will definitely be booking her again.Thompson is lucky to have such a skilled professional.
