I’ve had 2 prenatal massages with Tracy and I’ve had nothing but good experience. She lets you relax and knows exactly where to massage. I’ve been to another place before and it’s nothing like getting a massage done here. She dims the lights super low and doesn’t talk to let you relax and has relaxing spa music on.100% would recommend

Absolutely recommend this place. Shannon is very knowledgeable and skillful. She didn’t not only give me a fantastic massage which absolutely released the tension on my back, but she also taught me how to do daily stretch to feel better. She checked on me to see how I felt about the strength she used. Very great experience here!

Repeated cancellations at the last minute with little to no notification. Email on file works for them to confirm, but apparently not to cancel. They would not tolerate that from customers, why would you tolerate that from them? Overpriced too. Avoid, especially when there are so many other places that would love your business and treat you well.

The first time I went, I had a great massage and was looking forward to coming back. I was unaware of my next appointment time, as I'm old school and didn't have a card with the date. My friend had called on my land line to tell me about the death of her son at the same that I was on my cel phone receiving a call from Massage addict telling me I was late for my session, which I wasn't aware I had.( In their defense, they sent me an email which I didnt see). After 6 months of waiting for a specialist appointment, it just so happened to be that day. SO, I said I was sorry that I was unaware and unable to make the appointment and am being charged $90.00. Even a dentist doesn't charge that exorbitant amount for a missed appointment. Unfortunately I will not go there again or be an ongoing member, as I had originally planned. 5 stars for the massage and 1 star for the money grab.

I booked three appointments over the phone because that’s what the website suggests for multiple bookings. The receptionist I spoke with was super friendly. Showed up for my sister-in-law’s (who was here from out of town) bridal party and was told “sorry you didn’t confirm, we cancelled them.” I never received a confirmation email and was never told that if I didn’t answer their call the day before the appointments they would CANCEL my appointments. One of the three of us actually had confirmed, but they only confirmed her appointment even though I booked as a group. I discovered days later they had left me a voicemail, but maybe they should tell you when booking that first time appointments need to be confirmed the day before. I have never heard of a service being cancelled for not answering a phone call. Won’t be trying to book in here again any time soon.

**FIRST TIME CLIENTS BEWARE**I had Booked an appointment as a new client and showed up 15 minutes early because I assumed there would be paperwork to fill out. Because I didn’t confirm my appointment via email that they sent 1day before they cancelled my appointment with no phone call or warning.I’m sorry every one doesn’t check their email daily, I made the appointment…I showed up…cancelled. If they expect the courtesy of an appointment confirmation notification I would expect the same courtesy of an appointment cancellation notification. Most people have busy lives and have to move stuff around to be able to enjoy an hour massage.Won’t be back .Receptionist was nice though.

Grace, the manager has ruined the reputation of this location.She is full of greed, just wants to rip off customers and speaks rudely to customers.I was being charged for no-show even when I had cancelled the appointment well in advance but they have no proof of the cancellation.Moreover, she filled my spot with another customer without consulting with me and wants to charge a no-show for that too.These guys just lost a regular customer.

Recently had one of the best massages of my life at this clinic. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The facility is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful as well. In a city with an overwhelming amount of options for massage therapy, Massage Addict is a cut above the rest.
