Thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service experienced here. A tough customer ahead of me was being quite unreasonable on desired discounts and threatening to go to the competition. The staff was cordial, polite, while expressing the premium that comes with a Benjamin Moore product.The customer probed continuously for discount after discount after the custom colour paint was already made. I have to say as a fellow customer, even I was on the side of the Benjamin Moore staff.When it came to my turn, they didn't miss a beat. They didn't rollover the previous experience to mine.Professional and courteous.Yes, we'll be back again and again.

Quality is very bad ,,,The customer service was bad, and when I voiced my complaints no one seemed to care, including the manager. I request a refund as this was not an enjoyable experience.

What a wonderful experience I had. Choosing paint colour can be overwhelming. The lady I delt with was WONDERFUL so professional and helpful. She knew her stuff. The store has beautiful decor, very warm and welcoming.

Store has recently been changed around. There is an interesting selection of home deco displays and items for sale. They have great staff who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable with various paints, and assist with paint matching. We have had great experiences with the Ben line of paints and love the colours!

Ladies that work there are great! Helped out with colour matching and product selection. Even though the store can get busy, but they work fast and the wait is short, I ordered 17 cans of paint, different colours and products...only took 15 mins to prepare.

Recently refreshed out dark color paint on walls to lighter color, customer service was excellent in choosing the right base primer. The Regal line is very good, after priming I could have gotten away with only 1 coat, but I used a bit more just to get that brighter contrast..will buy again, customer for life..
