Wonderful and very talented people to deal with! Our puppy had done some rather serious damage to two carpets. I thought they were beyond repair but thankfully I was wrong. One of the carpets actually looks better than it did before! Thank you so much!!

Termeh did a great job repairing the fringe on our tree of life rug and cleaning some other rugs. They look like new. It's a pleasure dealing with a knowledgeable craftsman who loves his work.

Termeh Rug Service did a wonderful job of cleaning my white and black wool carpet. They also beautifully repaired a corner of the carpet which my puppy had gnawed on. I'm very happy with their service and also, they are very lovely people to communicate with.

I purchased a kilim in Samarkand, Uzbekistan about 4 years ago. A furniture table leg sat on one corner and did some damage to both the warp and weft of the rug, about the size of a two dollar coin. I went to Caspian Oriental Carpets in Victoria, BC to see if they could repair it. Caspian brought in Mohammed Termeh, their specialist in carpet repair. He said it would not be a problem and he told me he would also repair the fringes on both ends. It was done in a month and since I do not live in Victoria,. it was mailed back to me.I tried to find the repair after unpacking the extremely well wrapped parcel, but I had no luck in finding it because Mohammed had done such an excellent job. I found that astounding. I would have no problem recommending Caspian Oriental Carpets and Termeh Rug Services for doing repair work on you carpets. I can only assume that the retail part of selling carpets would also be as good.Dale Andrews

I really appreciated discussing the details for cleaning and mending the rug with Mohammed and his mother. They were very professional and thorough. The rug had been rolled up and left in storage for 10 years. It needed considerable attention for the cleaning and mending. I was pleased with the expert work put into the rug. It looked new and when I presented it to my niece she was extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship.

Mohammad at Termeh Rug Services did a fabulous job on an unusual project: to insert a handwoven piece into an old carpet border that needed massive repairs. He then lined it and prepared it to hang as a wall hanging.The results are better than imagined and we couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and passion. Highly recommended!

My Navajo rug was attacked by moth and I took it to Termeh for repair. They did a wonderful job, the moth holes are nearly visible, the colours - after the cleaning- are bright again. I am very happy with the results.

Mohammed was so welcoming , helpful and generous with his time when I brought my carpet in for repair. He unrolled it and examined it while I was there and showed me what needed to be done.
