Great store. Clean. Well stocked. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Recommended.

Got great help buying new runners for work. Tried several and ended up back at the ones recommended lol.

Typical marks, very clean store. Friendly staff. They asked 3 or 4 questions about donations and signing up for credit cards which was quite annoying in my opinion.

The store did not have the half size work boots that I wanted but they were able to ordered online. Plus the work boot was on sale and there was an additional 30% taken off the sale price. Buy at a Canadian owned and operated store

Great friendly, courteous and helpful staff.Even checked their stock if we couldn't find something on the racks.And if they were out of stock they suggested and showed us similar items which worked out great.Enabled us to complete our shopping there hassle free in time for Christmas !And the BOGO Sale helped the wallet out big time.Always a great place to shop for us!

The service was terrible. I haven't shopped there for a year and bought a shirt last month that I wanted to return as it was too big. I had only one receipt as I don't go here often. I had seen the shirt on the receipt but the ladies where too dumb to know how to do their job. It ultimately lead to me leaving angry and I will never go back to shop there again

Today I stopped at the branch in Athabasca )2505 48 Ave, Athabasca, AB T9S 0B8) with my family to shop shoes for my little one. Very unwelcoming staff, simply racist. My daughter ran to touch the box of socks “ the store manager Gave her a very angry look and said leave it all , no greetings at all. Very rude and unacceptable behaviour. My daughter is 3 and a half and did not get the idea of what just happened and got scared. I gently took her away and stopped her in a polite way. Firstly, my daughter was not damaging anything, she was like any other kid attracted by a box.. just because of her different color no one has the right to talk to her in that manner. I literally wanted to walk away but my husband said let’s buy shoes and go. We asked another staff member to help us find shoes for kids.When I asked her about who is the manager she made weird comments ‘you want me to know how my peer looks’ like wth? It’s a reasonable question to ask .that was the point I could not take it anymore and said to her I will be complaining about your racist staff to the Head office (already submitted).This matter should be taken very seriously. People need to be educated on multiculturalism and should have awareness + knowledge of diversity. They need proper training and should be taught to respect their customers + people of color. I am from Calgary and have not had such experiences in the past. First time in Athabasca. The reason I am reviewing it on google is just so people are careful when approaching people like them. Giving them a warning is not enough to stop such unacceptable behaviours. This staff should be replaced so they learn a good lesson for future! Very disappointed and will never stop at this store again.

Astounded at how rude the worker was to my husband yesterday. He went in for insulated work boots ($200-$300) and recieved absolutely no assistance whatsoever then when leaving was asked if was buying anything. He replied that he couldn't find his size and then the lady working the floor replies with, Oh well you'll be back when it gets cold!"No sorry! We won't! He's a Millwright and I'm a heavy equipment operator and we easily spend upwards of $500 per year A PIECE on work items from Marks and I can assure you neither of us will be back! I will gladly give my business to Gregs where they know how to treat their customers!!"

Needs more selections for young guys that don’t wanna dress like a 45yr old dad
