It was a good experience it is my first time to watch the movie here in canada so my theatre expectation was to high. It didn’t disappoint me but still there has to be improve like the interior design. We took 3D movie. And its just fine, the audio was GOOD.

Cons:- site registration is required in order to see ticket prices;- this cinema tops my cinema list by the overall delay before the actual movie begins. I understand you feel the need to show trailers and social ads, but can't it be a little faster? People around me manage to eat half of their popcorn while watching all that unnecessary stuff;- surprisingly, but the seats in auditorium 2 are a little uncomfortable. It would be great if you could lean the rows back by 5-10 degrees, so your neck would be fully relaxed during long-term movies.

The food is to expensive at the theatre. To pay for the movie have a regular drink and popcorn your easily spending $30.00 for one person.I did not like that 15 minutes before the movie started all the lights were turned off it made it difficult and not so safe to find my row and seat numberThe theatre itself is wonderful and the food is good should you want to spend the money on it.

Went to sound of freedom tonight and experienced the hot box of all hot boxes! Absolutely done on purpose! Asked other movie goers that were in different theatres at the same time if they were hot, they all said they were cold.This place is woke woke woke

Theatre itself was very nice concessions area was being cleaned almost constantly, portions on some things are out to lunch, purchased some fries for some food and the container was barely over half full, french fries are SUPER CHEAP don't be stingy. Was however taken aback that I could order beer and such there(I didn't it's a theatre not a bar/lounge), most of the workers didn't look old enough to handle liquor. Staff was friendly and helpful usually enjoy going here, it would have been five stars but portion control needs to be a little better.

Just saw the movie Sound Of Freedom, great movie that everyone needs to see, but zero cool air in our theatre for the whole movie! So hot! Talked to people in next theatre they had cool air the whole time. Husband talked to manager, he said it happens with a full theatre! Zero air! Not buying that! Seen many full theatre movies never experienced this. Husband said I think you knew we had no cool air & manager didn’t deny it!

Good theatre but seriously understaffed at concessions. I arrived 20 min before the movie on a Sunday at noon and got into the theatre during the last preview! 30 min waiting in line for food with a 5 year old. Ya no thanks. Will bring my own food next time.
