Came to grab my usual burrito on a busy Sunday(June 11). There was only one person briskly working away clearing orders - no other employees present. There were a few rude people who couldn't appreciate that Manpreet(if memory serves) was busy working away as fast as she possibly could be. She was polite and calm. Appreciate how quickly she got my order whipped up amidst the chaos.

We ordered 2 large burritos that came to $31. We weren't happy at all with the amount of toppings that went into it. We had to ask them 3 times to put more salsa in the burrito. They tasted fine but the burritos were pretty much the size of a softball. I would hate to see the size of a small burrito. I'll never know because I'll never go back. Not worth the money. There's way better value out there.

Last time took 40 minutes for a burrito. Had to sit in parking lot for 25 min as they already had my $. This time they took my money and said they couldn't fill order. So I had to drive all the way just to get my money back. Signs up for product they don't even have when I get there. Confused mess there. Im done with this place.

Awesome experience. A large burrito is big enough to fill the biggest and hungriest of bellies. I needed a nap after finishing one. The perfect amount of spice, the salsa and sauces were so good. It's about time we have a place like this to eat on the West Side.

Service 0 stars.Called to place an order and was told to order online, I advise the person working that I did not want to do that as last time (even with an email confirmation) they didn't get the order and were refusing to make it. She told me ot would take some time and she was too busy right now as she was making an order and had another to make.Understaffed and poor service quality makes other burrito places more desirable.

Everytime I stop in and grab a burrito it's always amazing, the ladies working always are cheerful and respectful, food I'd always fresh,I recommend the crunchy chicken burrito , they are so good!!!This place is the best!! Keep up the great work

Been here 3 times and I usually order the spicy chicken (either burrito, bowl or quesadilla) each time the chicken is hours old, dry and tough to chew. I continue to go here as they are closest to me and to see if things improve. The chicken should be swapped out every hour I would think. Either way the employees are very friendly

Just got a takeout. The food is SO GOOD! A really lovely girl that helped us with our order was very kind. We got the quesadillas and the Oreo churros and it was just a perfect meal!

Found a hair in my food. Not sure if I will return. I can't handle hair in my food! Why is this happening!? I ordered a Spicy Chicken Burrito bowl, a Spicy Chicken Quesadilla, and extreme chips. Chips tasted stale, but my daughter liked themDidn't hear back!I tried the newest Cambridge location. Part of my order was a spicy chicken bowl. I found a hair. Shorter black hair. I am long haired brunette, so it wasn't mine.Just disappointed, because that's something that turns me off. If my order gets messed up, I am more understanding.We also weren't greeted as soon as we walked in the door, but the 2 young girls working may have been overwhelmed given it's the holiday, and they're new employees.The food was good otherwise.I will still continue to support the Company, just not that location. My favourite location is in Waterdown. Everything is spot on at that location, and they work really hard.I appreciate your time
