Went in to get a new leather strap put on an old omega watch. Received excellent service from Joseph. Done quickly and provided great advice. Will be coming back when in need of watch servicing. Joseph is also a swatch and Rolex certified technician.

I've had three watches serviced at Oyster Time Inc. Swiss Watchery over the years. Two were full cleaning, recalibration, and new crystals for heirloom watches. Quality of service was impeccable. Worth every cent I spent.

Visited for a battery replacement. Served very quickly. Even gave me a free pressure test on my 10 years old gshock. Paid $35 for the battery replacement. A little bit on the expensive side but it is what it is. The guy was very nice to me.

If you like your time pieces, this is an excellent place. Joseph is certified in Omega, Rolex, and other Swiss brands repairs and services. I took my Speedmaster and Seamaster to have their bracelets repaired and balanced as well as my Ebel for battery replacement. He will make sure that everything is properly pressure test and fits perfectly. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Joseph is amazing. So professional and friendly. He told me right away that one of my watches didn’t actually need a battery. It was just finicky to wind. And then he proceeded to show me how to wind it! No charge. My other watched he fixed while I waited and was so quick!
