Friendly, professional and did great work. I also appreciated Tom's helpful suggestions, accurate quote and prompt work.My house is 3 stories. A gutter at the highest location got something stacked and then become clogged after strong windy days in November. I was not able to see nor remove the obstacle from the gutter by myself as the locations were too high and beyond my scope of work. Tom was busy when I ask him availability and quote but he came to the site to take a look. He kindly advised that he doesn't think it was an emargency so I can wait till spring. About 3.5 months later in the middle of March, Tom came back and clean gutters perfectly. I would like to have Shine 99 Home Services for roofs/windows cleaning in future. Highly recommended.

Second year asking Shine 99 to do roof, gutter, windows and very difficult to do glass panels on “french balconies”. Tom & his crew did a great job on our house! We have a variety of siding materials, from basic hardiboard to sensitive cedar, some with mildew stains and he got it cleaned beyond my expectations. He’s a hard working guy and his communication is excellent. If something isn’t to his high standard he’ll hit it again without second thought. He brought the right equipment for the job and when one of his crew was unavailable, he put in the extra hours himself to finish the job - amazing!I will gladly use his services again.

Shine 99 did a rather large job for us at our 9 unit strata complex. Specifically they did gutter cleaning, roof moss removal, soft wash of the building exterior, window cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Overall the job was executed to a very high calibre of quality, as well Tom the owner was great at communicating the entire way through. We are very happy with the value we received and will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Tom & team are amazing - my windows have never been cleaner. I keep walking into my door because of how clean it is (I should have probed the reviews section to see if someone has already made this joke before posting this). Don't even get me started on the gutters. Can't wait to use Shine 99 again in the future!

I called Tom to pressure wash our driveway and was blown away by not only the professionalism but the amazing work ethic.
