Great! - Courteous service and quick to repair. They really care!!!

I bought my first vacuum from these people some 16 years ago. Every 6 months I go buy my bags from them. They are always happy, helpful and just good people. Today i went in for some parts for my vacuum. Sadly the parts cost more than half a new vacuum. Happily they had a sale on and I got a great deal on a new vacuum that will hopefully last another 16 years. Used my new C3 tonight and it has great suction and i really like the no electrical cord design of the power head. Also I didn’t realize it at the time but they gave me a free box of bags and he changed out one of the floor heads to the one I preferred at no added cost. Service like this is unheard of these days. My brand new Miele vacuum needed repair, I brought it to this location, the gentleman fixed it immediately, no charge.

I was amazed at the great service the workers at Miele gave me. The prices are very affordable and are cheaper than at Costco or on online. Also, even if the vacuum cleaner breaks done in a year or two, which it probably won't, Miele gives you a 5-year warranty, which is great and awesome. Keep up the great work at Miele!

Miele's official warranty Depot. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Miele vacuum price is same, wherever you go online shop or big, small local stores. So why not support local stores. I will recommend this place for anyone who need or repair vacuums.

Obtained the Hardwood floor model here at the Vacuum Supermarket. Tried the vacuum at home and was surprised from how much suction power it had! Much stronger than the Dyson Animal/Shark that I've been using. I also noticed that the returned air was very fresh and does not smell of the dust from the other old vacuums. 5 yr warranty is amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on site who helped me out with picking the right vacuum for my place. The price was better than the online shops so and apparently you also can purchase and they will deliver if you are nearby. Highly recommend this place to anyone!
