This review is not based on the tours offered, but the complete kindness of a driver in Victoria named Nico.On a walking tour of Victoria our group realized we did not have enough time to walk back to the cruise terminal in time for our ship departure. It was late in the evening and there were no cabs in sight. Nico was waiting for his group to return to the van and assisted us with finding an option to get us back to the cruise terminal. He made multiple calls and then sought the assistance of another tour rep when he needed to leave with his group. With their help, we made it in time!Nico's sincere kindness was so appreciated. If that is the caliber of staff this tour company hires, then I am sure you are in for a great experience.
