Bill was very helpful and informative. He provided me with clear options for my dead hard drive and was able to replace it within 2.5 hours the same day. He also dropped off the power cord to my house later in the evening after I picked up my desktop as it was not attached by mistake - above and beyond customer service! I will be back and recommend him to anyone with computer issues...Sam

I'm rewriting my review and wish I can give bill 10 stars for the great work he did... I'm using the computer he upgraded to write this review :). I couldn't be happier and added blow away performance to this machine with tonnes of storage. Top Value for a very reasonable price this guys is quick and his turn around was same day... I don't have to say I will go back because I've been back every time I needed great Computer services and purchases.

The owner of the computer store provided excellent service without trying to hustle me into buying something. He explained everything thoroughly for the questions that I had asked him about mini tower computers. He also gave good recommendations and advice in what to get. Extremely fast service... i got my PC built same day. Very fast and efficient. The gentle man was really calm and easy to talk to. He takes his time with you, one customer at a time but also didn't neglect to acknowledge the other waiting customers.Thanks for a grt service.

Computer kept crashing during gaming. Brought it in and Bill ran a bunch of tests. He discovered that the power supply was faulty so he replaced it. Has not crashed since. I would recommend PC SHOP Computers very highly. Prices are reasonable too.
