My wife caught her Omega watch and broke one of the bracelet pins. A phone call and appointment made for the same morning was met with an excellent service on arrival. The bracelet was repaired whilst I waited for a short time.Superb service. Thank you.

Simon came to fix our village turret clock - quite a tricky job that has taken a while but now it's completed the clock looks and works great. The cabinet was left clean and tidy and the going train - where the problem was - looks excellent. Thanks for sorting it out and leaving it looking so good. I've also mentioned to a couple of people that I thought the price, although it sounded a lot, was actually perfectly reasonable for the job they undertook.

Called in on the of chance to have battery fitted and watch cleaned on a omega constellation ladies watch they accommodated us there and then brilliant service and very polite and helpful will certainly use them again when my omega needs a new battery

I sent a watch from Australia to be restored by Michlmayr Clock & Watchmakers. This was due to the fact they offered the ability to DLC (diamond like coating) coat my watch.Upon returning the watch to me here in Australia, I had it inspected by my watchmaker, who trained in Switzerland and has been in the industry 42 years.My watchmaker said overall it was one of the best restoration jobs he had ever seen, the watch face restoration WAS the best he had ever seen in his 42 years.Michael and his team did a phenomenal job and I would like to thank them, especially working around the pandemic of Covid-19.Highly recommend them.Tim

Excellent friendly service! Batteries replaced in four of my Tag Heuer watches. Made appointment via email yesterday and waited while these were fitted during my lunch hour today. Really pleased to support a local business too.
