Alex' service has been incredible! I have looked for options to transfer several different formats of tapes for years and could not afford the prices. I was nervous to choose someone off the internet, but what Alex has done has brought back memories that have been locked in these tapes for years! He has been efficient, very reasonably priced, the tapes are perfectly done, excellent communication, it has been an amazing gift to have these videos. Thanks to Immediator!!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Alex converted about 24 super 8 video tapes and a few cassette audio tapes as well as some assorted VHS and old reel to reel. I now have all of my memories on a single memory stick. I was unsure if they could be saved as they were 30 years old, but Alex did a terrific job. To top it off, I gave him too much money and he called to return the extra!Can’t recommend this service enough! Thank you!

Alex did a great job taking all our VHS-C childhood memories and putting them onto DVDs and a USB. He was able to transfer almost 30 tapes in time for a surprise Christmas gift. He was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. I would definitely hire him again. Thanks Alex!

Alex did some video transferring for me and it was amazing! As a Christmas gift for my mom I wanted to get all the old home videos transferred to digital files. I had 4 different kinds of videotapes and about 50 tapes in total. Alex did an excellent job of transferring all the videos for me and made sure they were all fine tuned for the best quality possible. Some of these tapes were over 30 years old and it was so great to be able to watch them by just plugging in our passport. My mom loved the gift and the whole family has loved watching our old family videos using digital media. If you have tapes you need/want transferred or any other media work- don't hesitate to call Alex and get it done. He was efficient, trustworthy, great to deal with, professional and I will be returning for future projects. If you have old videos sitting around.....and have no clue where the video camera is that actually works anymore...get your tapes to Alex so you can watch them anytime using your computer, smart TV or any means for digital media. Getting them off the old tapes and into digital preservers the content and your family memories are something that you want to preserve for a long, long time. Alex did a great job of taking my vhs tapes and putting them on a usb as mp4 files. Also did some old slides for me and the quality is very good. He also phoned me while doing the vhs tapes to ask about something that looked questionable and whether I would want it done rather than just doing it and charging for it. Done fairly quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Thanks Alex!

The digitized 8mm film of the,1962 road trip of Canada, US, and Mexico has a vastly improved clarity, color and quality that is beyond excellent! Thanks for the quick turnaround time and your work on this project.

Alex made it so easy to be able to enjoy my old VHS videos. He converted them to digital. He was very fast and had great customer service. His prices were very reasonable!! I will defiantly recommend him to others!

I had a very old Christmas cassette tape that my daughter loves and I contacted Immediator to transfer it to a CD as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Alex did a great job transferring the music to a CD and the sound quality is fantastic. I was very pleased with the service provided, the quality of the work done and the affordable price. Alex has done very good work for me over the last 4 months where I have asked him to convert numerous medias to Digital. He has converted VHS tapes, cassette tapes and Micro HD tapes for me all in a timely, inexpensive fashion with high quality output. I am nothing more than pleased with Alex.
