Went to emco last August for my basement renovation they had beautiful bathroom and kitchen fixtures at great prices! Ansuman was very helpful with helping me design a beautiful basement apartment. I returned the past 2 months for my master bathroom renovation again beautiful fixtures very happy with the company.

We had been searching for a shower part for months, and we were about to give up and replace. My husband connected with Lillian who never gave up! Most impressive was the Customer Service she displayed. Although there were delays ,beyond anyone's control, Lillian kept us in the loop. Made sure we didn't feel forgotten." Spectacular experience! We built a custom home and Lillian did an incredible job at helping us pick out all of our kitchen and bathroom fixtures as well as several bathroom vanities. Lillian is super organized (which was so needed with all of the detailed options/selections we made), extremely responsive, friendly and hard working. Everything arrived exactly when it was needed by the builder. Even after the build when we had a couple of minor things not work she had parts replaced in a flash! I wish every company functioned this honestly and efficiently.

I damaged the plug to my master bathroom sink and it needed to be replaced. Josh at EMCO provided me with amazing customer service! He quickly identified the manufacturer of the damaged plug and provided me with a replacement on the spot at a very reasonable price. I would definitely return to EMCO for any plumbing products and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Been trying to get Kohler shower valve parts with some difficulties with compatible part numbers etc. However the staff at Emco went that bit extra which made me feel like a special customer. They sorted out what l needed proffessionaly and speedily. I recomend them most highly.

Not the usual branch we deal with but really helped us out quickly with a hard to get Liberty pump and kit of parts needed to deal with an active flooding emergency. Very knowledgeable sales staff.

People seem to talk about the importance of service but rarely does it happen and when it does exceed your expectations you`re delighted. Josh Turner at Emco went out of his way to pick up a piece from the supplier for me that they did not have in stock. From the initial phone contact to consultation to pick-up, every aspect of the interactions with the people at Emco was professional, courteous, informative and knowledgeable. After one of the knobs on our shower unit failed and I took it apart to diagnose the issue, I was somewhat discouraged as the unit was from a European manufacturer not carried by many retailers. My online search led me to Emco. I called them and was more reassured in that they were familiar with the manufacturer and after I went to their location with the part and photos, together with once of their service reps, we were able to identify the required part. He immediately contacted a supplier and within minutes obtained for me a price and a timeline. The kit arrived, as promised, in a couple of days and I was contacted immediately. Happily, the parts required were 100% correct and the family is once again enjoying the bathtub. My only regret is that I did not know about Emco until recently. With so many plumbing needs around the house, both simple and complicated, I'm sure I will once more avail myself of their friendly, professional service.
