My car was making a terrible noise as I was driving on the highway. I had a long trip ahead, I decided to stop to check out the noise with GMC in Perry sound. Chris helped us and basically saved our lives. The tire was lose and close to falling off. He tightened all the tires. Had me drive around and retighten them. He didn’t charge us. He just said I want you to be safe. After that we felt safe and had avoided a potentially life threatening accident . Thank you Chris at Perry Sound GMC.Sincerely,Joanne and Rich.

Called them for information about a car. Embarrassingly rude on the phone, quick to send me off into the abyss.With today's shortage of vehicles, probably little to do for a salesman on the floor. I was surprised to get this kind of reception on the phone. Happy to not do business here.

I do not live in Parry Sound but travel here often for cottage time and to visit family. I am always very pleased with my service. It starts with the reception when you first call the dealership the lady who answers the phone I believe her name is Janice, is always very pleasant and helpful. Chris in service is always very attentive and honest with his customers. I trust the advice I am given and the work is done in a timely manner. Over the years I have dealt with many dealerships, when purchasing a vehicle or having it serviced and I have to say that Parry Sound Chev Olds is the best!

Amazing service at this place! We were traveling from Sudbury to Toronto and developed an issue with our tires. Chris kindly offered to take us in immediately upon arrival in Parry Sound (even though it was so late in the afternoon) and they were able to resolve the issue entirely so we could feel safe finishing our trip. We can’t thank them enough for helping us out on the fly and it didn’t even take an hour!

We brought out vehicle in to be looked at, and it took a few hours for them to figure out what was wrong. Because we have a dodge they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the parts. We were extremely happy with the service and the fact that they didn't charge us because they couldn't fix the problem. Would definetly reccoment!

I recently purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra. I have done a lot of research before purchasing my truck. Parry Sound GM dealership was was 2nd to none. Any questions I had before the purchase was answered in a very timely manner. I dealt with Steve Ross. He was very professional and I appreciated the no pressure of a sale. I live an hour away. It was definitely worth the drive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I will certainly return again for another vehicle.
