Zest Pilates
Susan's teaching methods are thorough and her classes are structured to suit your needs. From the beginning, she teaches you how a position should feel and will show you corrections or adjustments to suit your body type. She showed me adjustments I could make in other forms of activity to prevent lower back pain and it's worked ever since! She has a soothing way about her and the studio is nestled into the quiet woods of Deep Cove. You have to try her classes- you won't be disappointed!
