Never keep their promises. I purchased furniture from this store in Laval two times. Each time, there was extended delay. They never even give a call once product arrive. You have to keep calling and inquiring. Last time, I had to walk in to the store and asked and collect the items.

The sales people and supervisors are the worst. Rudest and unfriendly after you purchased something. Will not help in anyway. All they want is the commission. They even put their name on the invoice to get the commission even thought they did not sell you the item, Any problem is caused by you and they take no responsibility. I bought what I was told was a marble table and when I went to install it I found out it was covered in a thick veneer of plastic and was wood inside so the screw went thru the wood and out the other end. They asked why I didn't lift the table to see if it was real marble. I asked if she knew if it was made of wood and she said no. So how could I know if she didn't. I will never shop there again.

We've been shopping at this Leon's for years and we always go to Tony and now his long time colleague Ernie when Tony isn't there. We've always been taken care of.. now the third party delivery just bluntly sucks...but the leons store is amazing!

Can never get through customer service. After waiting 15 minutes and typing out a large description of my issues, I am told to leave an email so someone can contact me back. Is anyone even working at their customer service? Seriously worst experience ever. I never get any straight answers and when I placed an order I had to go out of my way to contact them to figure out a delivery date. Isn't it suppose to be the other way around? Oh I was contacted to see if I wanted a warranty when I specifically denied it at the self checkout. Guess they're only looking out to make the buck rather than satisfying their customers. Never going back to any leons branch.

Very professional and excellent service. All the members of the team including delivery team will do their best to help you out.

Contacted Leon’s Laval as my order was supposed to arrive today and it didn’t. The lady at customer services told me someone would call me back before the end of the day. That was at 10:30am. Called back at 5:30pm and the same lady responded they had until 8pm to call me back. It’s 8:30pm and go figure still no call therefore no news on my order. The item was not back ordered, and we placed the order end of October with a confirmation it would be delivered today. It’s very disappointing and deceiving. If there is no one available don’t tell customers they will get a call back the same day it speaks bad about your trustworthiness.

Bought Maytag dryer but it doesn't actually dry the clothes, we tried different cycles with same results.We have to turn it twice, for the same cycle and even with that, the results are disappointing.I called the store, the customer service right away tells me 'we don't exchange' .... I was calling to know what my options are, only to be rudely treated and being directed to Maytag Customer Service, but I bought the dryer from Leon.Please note that i have emailed them when this issue occurred to understand my options, haven’t received a single reply

We just received our order. According to our salesmen he told us that the delivery drivers deliver the new and pick up the old. The delivery driver refused which he was very nice about it. But why lie to your customers just so you can make a sale? We sat and unscrewed everything and prepared it so it can be an easy pick up for the drivers & we wasted our time & theirs trying to understand why we were misinformed. I don’t find that professional. Also, communication is key, when we call, answer your phones. Or perhaps find staff to do customer service. Really not impressed will not be coming back in the future!

after buying all my appliances from leons in lavalwith an extended warranty we have decided to stop shopping there and highly recommend that people reconsider buying the warrantyreason:our ceramic top on the range cracked and it was not covered because they assumed that it was done while cleaning it even though its clearly not cleaned in the picturesking and state is the warranty they offer and its garbageafter 1hr of waiting to speak with someonethe claim was made on the 18th of January they send a technician from trans global on the 31st took the same pictures i send them online and said we will let you know if its covered in the next 24 to 72hrs ( waist of time )we are now 24hrs past the time and I was told by Leon management that they assume we cracked while trying to clean it.literally any excuse will be used in order to avoid covering the defect.I will NEVER buy anything from Leons ever againleons should not be selling a warranty they wont stand behindthey obviously make a commission on the warranty thus should back it up."

I am surprised that such a large place does not have anything in existence, I went with the intention of buying some beds, sofas, a bed frame, but the employee tells me to stuff will arrive at my address in 6 months !!! Such a large store and the only thing that they have on sale is nothing , they sale used or damage stuff and they have the same price as if they were new! I do not recommend this store at all if you need to buy and bring furniture to your home! I am very disappointed in this store
