This building is just problems..you pay 2000$ they give you this idea of luxurious place That has no room and things brake down all the time.. the pool doesn't work.. the AC brakes down.. the chute stops working everyday.. you fallow complains and wright letters to try to get out of the lease and they deleted them and they claim they never receive them even when you give it in person (to me that is froud) and no one cares.

I use to rent one of the penthouses. Back then, the building was quite empty and very quiet.

Gorgeous condo, great view and extremely efficient management team. Maria, Property Manager is amazing! I am impressed with the customer service and support she has provided. Very positive experience so far.

I was very disappointed with the staff they had here when the building first opened. Except for one petite darling (she knows who she is), there basically was no staff. Just one witch. The building has since been sold and most of the new staff are pleasant. I know they are greatly understaffed and hope they get more help soon. I must admit that half of my appliances have needed replacing after only 1 year of use. PLUS they got rid of the daytime security whom also took in packages and couriered items for the tenants to pick up later. This is supposed to be included in our rent.!! So many things are often not working or broken. Soundproofing between units is horrendous. I am not happy with the amount of rent we pay here and to have this type of service.

The new apartment complex is good and spacious, I have been living here for past 6+ months , easy accessibly to bike trials , stores . The apartment management is too friendly and also there is always security person at front Desk , compared to other property this is bit pricy for rentals , but quality of the apartment is good and makes up for high price .

Good looking

They are a bunch of Fraudulent individuals who lure you in to renting this Posh" apartment that is worthless. Also beware to families with children do not consider renting at this premises because they will evict you if your child breathes and scam your first and last. The Management is very unprofessional and they discriminate against children and pregnant Mothers. So think twice before entering the dungeon of Hell."
