Never went 2 the grooming section buthe rest of the store is really good

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I had an appointment with my dog for his nails at 11:00am. I understand I was a bit late but that shouldn’t give them the justice to be so rude to me. The moment I entered the front desk the person who was there ignored me and went to the back. The other associate made eye contact with me and still continued there task. After waiting for another 15 minutes of not being acknowledged by anyone another couple came in and they attended to them. After the associate finished with the couple the finally acknowledged me and asked why I was there I finally told them about my appointment and instead of telling me because I was late I need to reschedule or absolutely anything the associate just went to the back and I waited another 10 minutes. By this time my dog was getting a bit fussy because I’ve been waiting almost half an hour without any service. I decided to leave for the sake of my pet. I just have to say this is ridiculous I’ve never experienced worst customer service like this

Okay location. Doesn't always have what you need in stock. There's usually one cashier but when it gets busy then there'll be more cashiers coming to help...just expect to wait a bit for them to show up.For some reason the groomers are hard to book with. I think they're staffed only a few days of the week..They have cats and sometimes kittens in their adoption center area. They look so unhappy and definitely need loving homes. Please adopt if you are capable of caring for one (or two). If you're interested in volunteering, petsmart has a form you could fill out. You would clean their litter box, feed them, play with them and etc. Only for a few hours.

Took our pup for a grooming. Such a friendly environment. I'm definitely bringing our pup there again!

Super expensive

Liza was so friendly and professional.I will stay and leave grooming services in this place.
